After the public hearings with the applicants for the regions and the City of Belgrade, the RBA Council members will adopt the decision on the issuance of licenses together with the decision on the issuance of licenses for local areas. It is worth reminding that the Public Tender was launched for local areas as well and that the Broadcasting Law does not provide for public hearings with the applicants for local areas.

The Broadcasting Law provides for a 90-day deadline from the publication of the list of candidates that have met the Public Tender requirements to the adoption of the decision on license issuance.
