REM employees visited the regulators in Montenegro and Albania

Representatives of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media visited the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services (AMU) of Montenegro in Podgorica, and then they met with representatives of the Albanian Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive (AMA) in Tirana.

During the working meetings, experiences and good practice examples were exchanged in the field of monitoring and analysis of media content, with special emphasis on the development and implementation of software solutions that enable the automation of monitoring processes and more accurate analysis of programme segments.

During the visits, the REM representatives had an opportunity to get acquainted with the organisational models of work of these institutions, technical capacities and methodology of conducting monitoring.

These activities present a continuation of the ongoing cooperation of REM with regulatory authorities in the region, with the aim of improving professional capacities, exchange of knowledge and harmonisation of standards in the area of electronic media.
