Decisions of competent courts

An administrative dispute against a final decision of the Regulator can be initiated within 30 days from the day of delivery.

In the administrative dispute initiated upon an appeal filed against the decision taken in the procedure for issuing licenses for the provision of media services, the imposition of measures or license revocation, the court cannot by itself resolve the administrative matter by a judgement (full jurisdiction dispute).
