Report on the monitoring of the operation of broadcasters during the pre-election campaign for local, provincial and republic parliamentary elections in Serbia (April- May 2008)

The Council of the Republic Broadcasting Agency and the Board of Directors of the Republic Telecommunications Agency, after the completion of the public tenders for the issuance of TV and radio programme broadcasting licenses, on the basis of the provisions of Article 118 in connection with Article 84 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, on 31 July 2008 issued the following
